Roofing FAQ'S

Depending on the type of roofing system you have on your property, it can generally range from 15-50 years. Just like getting your car serviced and inspected every 5000 miles, it’s important to have your roof inspected every 5 years by a licensed roofing contractor to give you a better understanding of where your roof status is.

It completely depends on the age of your roof and the size of the damage. If you have a shingle roof that is over 15 years old, it may be to brittle to perform a repair. Similarly, if your roof is tile the tile might be discontinued and there might not be an available tile to repair.

Generally, the roofing market starts at about $500 per 100 square feet “or 1 square” for a shingle roof. The market will continue to change depending on labor, fuel, and material costs.

If you take the average size home of 2,500 square feet the installation typically takes a few days. Larger homes or multi-family properties can range from a few days to weeks depending on the size and complexity of the roof.
