Having lived in South West Florida since 1993, I have become accustomed to disappointment regarding contractors performance in general. However, Connery and the Universal team have renewed my faith! Outstanding job and service! Universals pricing was a bit higher than my other bids, but well worth it. You really do get what you pay for.
Great Experience
Fully inspected and replaced a family members roof. Even discovered rotted wood and replaced that as well along with installing 6" seamless gutters. Also provided service above and beyond whats "standard" in the industry such as using upgraded underlayment and replaced all accessories when other companies wanted to use the bare minimum necessary or just reattach old accessories. Crew was professional and job was completed within budget and schedule. Great company and will be referring to others in the future.

I had a leak in my garage, Connery came out and climbed into my attic to find the leak and was able to provide an estimate right then and there. THE NEXT DAY! The leak was fixed I couldn't of been happier with Universal and their attention to detail.
