Ben Fogelmen sales associate...New roof

I contacted Universal Contracting of FL after hurricane Ian put holes in my roof. Ben was my salesmen and he was very professional an and knowledgeable about roofing and insurance. The company has an excellent group of people who handled all of my insurance claims for my roof. Ben kept me updated on all the dates and times when work on the roof would happen. When I had a question and texted Ben, he always got back to me promptly. He made the process so uncomplicated for me and I appreciated that. My new roof look wonderful and I have nothing but praised for Ben and the fellows who did the work for me. I highly recommend Universal.
